The extra firm is the consistency that is most like meat and is popular for stir fries and grilling.
In order to get the best taste from your Tofu you need to prepare it properly with a good amount of spices and flavoring and let the Tofu soak in the flavors of the dish. It’s quite versatile and will adapt to whatever you cook it with.
