Halloween Cookie Recipes

Halloween cookie recipes can be just as fun to make as they can eat! These cookie recipes can be fun to make with your kids and you can give them out as Halloween treats or serve them at your Halloween party.

Ghostly Halloween Cookies

A handful of small black jelly beans
6 ounces vanilla almond bark
One package Nutter Butter cookies

Melth the almond bark in a double boiler as per instructions on the package. Take each Nutter Butter cookie and dip it in the chocolate almost three quarters of the way up. put them on a wire rack.

The chocolate dipped cookie is the base for your Halloween ghost. now you can get creative and apply the jelly beans for eyes and maybe even cut them into round shapes for the mouth.

Let your ghostly Halloween cookies cool before serving.

Halloween Spiders Recipe

These Halloween cookies are more like a candy and can be fun to put in your Halloween candy bowl.

One package of M&M’s
One package of chocolate chips
One can of chow mein noodles

Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave and stir in the noodles. You may need to add some water to the chocolate if it is too thick. Drop tablespoons full of the chocolate and noodle mixture onto waxed paper- these make the body of your spider! Now simply add 2 M&Ms for each eye and enjoy!

Halloween Black Cat Cookie Recipe

1 package of M&Ms
1 package of red hots candies
1 package chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1 third cup water
1 cup crunchy peanut butter

Preheat oven to 375.

In a large bowl, mix together the eggs water in peanut butter. Add in the cake mixture gradually and mix well. Form the dough into 1 inch balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Dip the bottom of a glass in fine sugar and used to flatten the balls.

At the top of the ball either add ear shaped pieces of dough or pinch them out from the dough already there. Stick M&M’s on for the eyes, red hots for the nose and form whiskers by drawing lines in the dough.

Bake at 375 for eight to 10 minutes
