These Halloween food recipes can be fun to serve at Halloween parties. In addition to tasting good, they’ll make your party table look festive. This Halloween food is great to eat any time but of course is best in season. Serve these meals and snacks to kids and adults alike for fun Halloween theme.

Halloween Food For Meals -- Recipe For Werewolf Fingers

Four boneless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups flour
1 egg beaten
1 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon safflower oil
pitted olives cut in half lengthwise
lettuce chopped


Grease the cookie sheet with the oil

Partially cut the chicken breasts so that they resemble five fingers with the uncut part acting as the Palm of the hand.

Dredge the chicken in flour, dip in the egg, and then cover with breadcrumbs.

Popcorn, either Instant or regular
2 cups of sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 cup water
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla
½ teaspoon salt
Gummy worms

Pop about 18 cups of popcorn and make sure to remove all unpopped kernels. grease a large baking pan and put the popcorn in it then put Inside a 300° oven.

in a 2 quart saucepan make a syrup mixture by combining the water, sugar, corn syrup, salt, and vinegar. Cook over medium heat until it boils stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved. Using a candy thermometer on the side of the pan reduce the heat and continue to cook until the thermometer shows 250°.

Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla, then for the whole mixture over the popcorn stirring gently to coat. Add the gummy worms and wait until you can handle the popcorn easily. Make sure you use a buttered hands when forming the popcorn into balls. Wrap the balls in plastic wrap.

Halloween Food Recipe -- Shrunken Heads

These apple heads look great on your Halloween party table, in fact they might look so good that no one will want to eat them!

8 apples and a craft stick for each
Butter
1 cup chopped nuts
80 caramel candies unwrapped
three tablespoons water
2 teaspoons Crisco
6 ounces vanilla flavor candy coating
Candy corn, gumdrops, licorice, and writing gel for decorating the heads
