Cream Cheese Ball Recipe
A good cream cheese ball recipe is a must around the holidays or if you are throwing a wine and cheese party. As an appetizer, these tasty balls of mixed cheeses, combined with cream cheese and formed into a ball can't be beat. They look nice and taste great too!
No matter what recipe you use to make them, cream cheese balls can be served with any type of cracker or even apples or veggie slices and can even be a nutritious snack. If you pick whole wheat crackers with no trans fats, all the better! Of course, the cheeses that you use in your cheese ball recipe will have an effect on the nutritional value, but most cheese is
loaded with calcium and has plenty of vitamins and minerals too.
