How Delivery Works

Lobster gifts are delivered overnight (for live) and 2nd day (for frozen), so when you select a live lobster delivery, make sure you pick the delivery date carefully so that you will be home that day to receive the lobster and store them properly. The driver will leave the lobsters if no one is home but, obviously, you don’t want them sitting on your steps for too long. Store them in the fridge until you are ready to cook them. They should be cooked live, although they may be sluggish and appear dead.
